My interest and experience include, facilitation, mentoring, employment, working with government agencies, member of the Hamilton Model Engineers club.
I am originally from UK and moved to NZ to marry a good keen Kiwi girl 26 years ago! Both my wife and I have suffered illnesses in the last 20 years resulting in disability and loss - I have an auto-immune disease and hearing loss. I have experience working for government departments (ie Work and Income), along with other organisations as an employment consultant. I live with my wife and have two grown up daughters and a selection of hairy, furry and fishy friends. I spend time with my family and dreaming dreams in my shed!!.
I have a Diploma in Architectural Technology and have been involved with; DPA – lived experience of disability both personal & family, Workbridge, Enrich +, Interactions and Work and Income.
